Cats as therapy: Widget slept on my lap today. She prefers my spouse's lap, but since I was sitting on his side of the bed, it was ok. #

Apparently I forgot to take my antidepressants again. The bugs crawling under my skin sensation was the tip-off. #

I had a hot flash while waiting for a bus in the freezing cold dark of Cambridge winter. I recommend the experience. #
