A year or so ago, my life was in sad shape. However, I was working hard on establishing what some people call a “web presence.” It was time to be a little more careful about what I posted. For all I knew, fans could be repeating some whine I posted ten years later at an SF con. It didn’t seem likely, but I’m already operating with a handicap. Time to be careful.

This list pulled from Google Analytics. So far my favorite is “toffee penises.”

For some reason known only to the gods of WordPress, the last several posts I made sent no email notifications. I’m not going to try and send them all out again, but if you’re a subscriber you might want to see what you’ve been missing.

As you’ve noticed by now, I’ve hooked up with Project Wonderfulfor ads. I may some day make enough money worth writing about (though in two days I’ve got two whole cents.)

I’m also into it for the weird factor. I briefly had an add from the teabaggers and was left wondering what keyword of mine attracted them. It must has been the gay porn.

One of the ads that’s been up lately is for a book called “Norton’s Ghost.” It looks interesting, but I don’t have time to go read it. If anyone does and has something to report, please let me know.

A while ago I posted this:

I work for a small press specializing in sex-positive erotica. We do not accept any unsolicited novel submissions. ALD [ALD Literary Agency (Leonid Dubizhansky)] sent [Circlet] a book called “How to Hate Sex With Primordial Innocence.” Losers.

An astute Googler dug up this post and wrote me:

Yesterday I broke 100 recorded hits on my blog for the first time. Unfortunately, they were all looking for FaceBook.

Now that we’ve got that out of the way, this news report says that autism and Asperger’s will be conflated in the next DSM. I think this is a good thing. I’m tired of people thinking that Asperger’s is a ‘mild form of autism.’ They are the same disorder with slightly different manifestations. An autie’s lack of language skills can make the disorder to worse to people around him, whereas having the speech abilities that auties lack just makes my life as an Aspie miserable. No one can see that there’s anything different about me, and aren’t interested in explanations counter to what they expect to see.

Furthermore, Asperger’s has managed to get less ‘stigma’ than autism. Let us Aspies give the auties a leg up in that department.

I realize that this story has been fairly visible for a few days and many people have already read it. But it was so darned funny I had to share just in case someone missed it and the opportunity to have their clinical depression cured by laughing at sex research.

As many visitors know, I don’t write zombie erotica. What you may not know is that since I mentioned it once, an astonishing number of hits every day are from people looking for zombie porn, who then go away disappointed.

I have some news that zombie erotica fans will love. Here’s a book just for you.

I swear, this clip looks exactly like someone cribbed it from one of a historical “romance.” Watch with sound off for best effect.
